Work-Based Learning Program

Work-Based Learning Program

The goal of the Postsecondary Department is to provide students with meaningful work-based learning opportunities during high school that expose them to real-world professional environments and early employment experiences.

Through these experiences, students develop essential workplace skills such as responsibility, communication, time management, collaboration, and professionalism. By supporting students in gaining early employment experience, the department aims to better prepare them for postsecondary education, future careers, and long-term success in the workforce.
