PSAT/SAT & NYSESLAT Testing Day – Important Information for Students

Attention 10th and 11th Grade Students & English Language Learner Students:

Thursday, April 16, we will be PSAT/SAT Testing Day, & we want everyone to be prepared and present. On this day, 10th and 11th grade students will be taking the PSAT or SAT, and the NYSESLAT exam will also take place for eligible students.

Attendance is required-please be sure to come to school on time.

How to Prepare

To do your best on testing day, we encourage students to:

  • Get a good night’s sleep
  • Eat a healthy breakfast
  • Arrive to school on time and ready to test

The PSAT/SAT is extremely important, as it helps measure academic progress and prepares students for future college and career opportunities. The NYSESLAT is also a critical assessment for students receiving English language support.

🍕🍦 Student Incentive

As a thank you for your hard work, students who complete the PSAT, SAT, or NYSESLAT exam will receive pizza for lunch and ice cream!

We look forward to a successful testing day and appreciate your effort and readiness. If you have any questions, please speak with a staff member.

Let’s finish strong!
